Dr. Samuel C. Gipp – A Friend to Churches Ministries

Meetings
In this last year I preached 156 times in Virginia, New York, California, Michigan, Ohio, Washington, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, North Carolina, and Idaho. The meetings have been well attended and seemed to be a help to the churches.
We drove to some of them and flew to others. I literally flew all the way across the country twice in Nov/Dec. But God has greatly blessed us and the traveling is no special burden.

The Bible Institute
Along with preaching across the country I have been active in the work of Treasure Valley Baptist Bible Institute. I teach one hour following the Wednesday night service and three hours on Thursday evening. That way I can fly out and do meetings that go from Fri-Sun, or Sun-Tues and fly back in to teach. Kathy has a class for ladies one hour before the Wednesday night service.
My Thursday night classes are for all full time students. Last year those classes had 24 students. This year we have 31. There are also some part-time students.
Presently we have students from New Zealand, Columbia and Ukraine this year who came to us from missionary families. We have another missionary’s son coming from Japan this month.
We had our Students’ Bible Conference this year at Still Waters BC, Lewiston, ID. It truly went well. Everyone in attendance, including the speakers, were blessed by the preaching.

Kathy & I
My voice has improved. It takes a bit more effort just to talk but it sounds OK and no one really notices. It doesn’t like to be stressed but I get the job done and that’s all that matters.
The neck is not going to improve, but the Lord has been so very kind. It hasn’t stopped me from carrying on with the ministry.
Kathy works with her bad eye to keep it in check and is suffering a bit from the maladies of age.
Regardless of all this we both love the Lord and have no plans on cutting back until such a time when we simply can no longer carry on physically.

Gospel Transport Prayer Letter
SAVE THE CHILDREN

I will start by acknowledging that my wife Golden and I have been absent in writing to you these past few months but we can rest in the surety of HIS ways and wisdom. Our grandson did give a testimony of salvation so we have  been grieving the tragic loss of one of our grandchildren. We do not know all the ins and outs of our lives but we do know that the joyful hope of seeing him again with our Saviour. Our solace is that he is whole and happiest in God’s presence. We have taken these past months to navigate through some of our grief. We do ask for your prayers as this journey continues and that you especially pray for his son, Eric, age 12, through this unimaginable tragedy.
As for our ministry focus for this new year and for as long as our God leads and provides, we want to strive to reach as many children as possible. As our world runs farther and farther away from God, it has become alarmingly clear that we really do need to “Save the Children”. From the moment sin entered in, children and future generations have been the sole target for Satan and his destructive efforts. Just as Athalia, Herod, Pharaoh and many others, our world seeks to destroy children to wipe out future generations from taking a stand, especially for the gospel of Christ from abortion, child trafficking, abuse of every kind, brain washing and grooming tactics that go against the very laws of God’s creation. All part of Satan’s agenda to sacrifice children on the altar of sin and evil in any way possible. Satan and his followers are no longer hiding anymore. They are bold and in God’s face. It is proof that our time here is drawing nigh to ending and has strengthened our resolve to reach as many children as we possibly can as long as our Lord tarries.
Fellowship Tract League of Lebanon, OH will be printing for us some very nicely illustrated IN COLOR tracts for children. Colonial Press in Charlottesville, VA will be printing English and Spanish children’s booklets that we’ve used very successfully over the years. Go to their web site for the details at http://colonialbe.org/unto-the-uttermost/. Our goal is to raise $50,000. for printing and shipping. We will distribute all materials at no cost to missionaries, pastors, local churches and volunteer sowers of the Seed.

Luke 17:1-2
“Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come! It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.”

Luke 18:15-17
“And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them. But Jesus called unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

Note: Go to our web site: gospeltransport.com where you can download Bro. Jack Ferguson’s e-mail in English and Spanish to get a broader look at what we’re doing in our Lord Jesus’ Name. Remember to pray for one another. Thank you for your prayers and much appreciated and needed support.

Ron Alberico III – Alberico Update

Dear Praying friends,

This update will be brief.  I have been sick for awhile which exacerbates the other issues I deal with.  We have a meeting this Sunday that I hope to recover for.
However, I would be remiss to not praise the Lord and thank the churches for their continual support and prayers for us!  Three more churches gave this month bringing the total to 11, the most we have ever had help us at one time when we asked!!  (And we weren’t even directly asking for love offerings; just monthly support!)  We also are receiving here and there articles of clothing and some toiletries and some food.  Thank you so much for your sacrifice and generosity!

Your servant in Christ,
Evangelist Ron Alberico Th.D.

Here is our Sunday update for RBC.
Our services were wonderful as I am sure we are enjoying continuing revival in our souls...I know I am.
Pastor preached on PRAYER this Sunday...and for me it was a follow up on what I already committed to the Lord about prayer time.
In the evening, we watched a video from our missionary Blake Muscott in the LIFELINE SEAMAN’S MINISTRY serving the Lord in VA.  Please pray for this ministry.  At the end of the service we took the Lord’s supper.
I started doing a video online in Facebook on the Holiness to our Lord series. Yesterday I touched on wine and strong drink in hopes of reaching out to family and friends that are saved but struggling with different strongholds in their lives. Please pray for me as I put them together and for the receivers.  I try and keep them 10 minutes or less.
Please remember our missionaries and their families in prayer/ I ask for prayer for a procedure I am having today and tomorrow on my right hand. Please pray for limited pain and healing.
Have a great week in the Lord, and thank you for all your faithfulness.

In Christ’s service,
Brother Kevin and Sister Acia

Monday, January 30, 2023
      Hello everyone.
Yesterday we had our “Andrew Sunday”. Many visitors were brought and some made decisions, however, I do not have a count on it yet. Both services were wonderful, and as always, it was good to be in the house of the Lord.
Our prayer letter read was from the Roger Riley family in the Philippines. Pray for them as they distribute Bibles and tracts to the many churches in the area.
My procedure went well, but was very painful.  Please continue to pray for the healing of my hand.
Please pray for Bill Henderson, missionary to Guam for his health and getting back to the field.
I have a burden for Michael Wilson.  Please pray for his salvation and guidance as I continue to try and witness to him.  Pray for his wife for health needs.  She claims to be saved.
Have a blessed week in the Lord.

In Christ service,
Bro Kevin

Recently we learned of a tragic accident with a missionary. Bruce and Caleb Clingaman were on the mission field as a missionary to the servicemen in Guam. They were caught in a rip tide while swimming and were carried out and under.
They were brought to the hospital where Bruce was recovered, but Caleb, his 18 yr old son was under too long and went home to be with the Lord.
Please extend your prayers for the family to our Savior during this time.

Thank you, missionaries, for your faithful prayers always.

In Christ service,
Bro Kevin

Hello and Good Morning from RBC.
Yesterday we had a surprise visitor, Brother Aubrey Dannet and his family from Georgetown, Guyana.  It was wonderful to meet them and fellowship with them. It is always a joy to see a dedicated family that loves and serves the Lord.  We hope to visit them when we travel to Guyana mission field in the near future Lord willing.
We had a strong salvation message yesterday a.m.  Although no apparent salvation decisions were made, one person was baptized after the service.  The evening message was from 1 Corinthians  on the home.
Our prayer missionary this week is from the Banfe family serving in Burma.  Please include them in your weekly prayers.
We are looking forward to our new church directory currently being put together at this time.
We are looking forward to our church Valentines banquet this Friday evening.
Thank you for always contacting me back.  I read every one of your feedback and it is always an encouragement to me.

Have a blessed week in the Lord.

In Christ’s service,
Brother Kevin

Happy Valentines Week missionaries.  Our valentines not only include our spouses, but all those you love including you as missionaries and all our brothers and sisters in Christ; and that love should continue all the time, not just on a certain celebrated day. I Cor 13:13   I John 4:19  Rom 12:10
Our Valentines banquet was our first and we all had a great time a great message from Kevin Walker.  I believe there were over 80 couples there.
Yesterday morning, pastor preached on love between  man and his wife. Afterwards, we had a wedding vow renewal ceremony.  I believe there were over 30 couples in standing.
Yesterday evening, Bro Nate preached a great message. We also had the Brendan Morgan family with us and presented his burden to the field of Japan.  He will be leaving next month for the field.  Please pray for him.
Please pray for one of our members, Merlin Nightengale as he slipped and fell breaking his hip.
As always, thank you for your faithfulness to the ministry.

Love in Christ,
Bro Kevin / Hello from sister Acia

Bob & Sue Jones – Missionary Evangelists
January 1, I preached on Saturday night and Sunday morning at the Grace Baptist Church, Mt. Vemon, Kentucky, Pastor Ray Offutt. It has been my honor to preach at this church and for this pastor every year for more than 50 years.
I have preached for their Watch Night Services for the past several years. My wife and I have so many precious friends at this church. The pastor and his wife, Beatty Margaret, have been so dear to us and our family. We always laugh and fellowship with each other. Through the years, many of the precious members have gone on to be with the Lord and we miss them. The church is still alive! Attendance is good and the Lord continues to bless. Brother Offutt’s grandson-in-law Ronnie McClure feels called to preach and he takes care of the Sunday evening services.
He is a fine preacher and the Lord has His Hand upon him. Brother McClure is a teacher in the Rock Castle School System and he has permission to bring any student who wants to come to the church once a month. They give out Bibles and sing and have a class for about an hour and then they take them back to school.
This is a tremendous opportunity, and the Lord is blessing!
January 8, the church we attend when we are not traveling is Lakewood Baptist Church.
Pastor Ronnie Gilbert. He had missionaries Dan and Beth Canavan from Ireland visiting in the services. These are dear friends of ours as we have had the privilege to preach in meetings in their church in Ireland many times. They have served in Ireland for over 20 years. Many precious souls have been saved and they have organized the Hope Baptist Church. Though much prayer and fasting, the Lord led them to purchase a beautiful building in Dublin. It is a miracle for a church to own their own building in Ireland. They are in a good location for a church. Their desire is to reach that area with the Gospel of Christ. They have passed out thousands of tracts and the Lord has blessed.

February 10, 2023

2 Cor. 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
What a wonderful start to the New Year!!!  We just concluded the Faith Promise Missions Conference at Anchor Baptist Church in Mesquite, Texas.  Our Lord met with the people of the church and the Faith Promise went forward.  Last year the Faith Promise was $278,000.00 much more than that came in.  This year the Promise came in at $333,000.00  Praise the Lord!!!
I have several meetings scheduled for this coming year.  If you believe God would want you to schedule me for a conference, please let me know soon.
Recently I got to share the Gospel with a lady who did not read English.  She called for her 14 year old son to come and asked me if he could read the verses to her in Spanish.  Both she and her son accepted Jesus as their Saviour.  It is the first time I had the privilege to lead someone and the interpreter to the Lord!!!  God is so good!
I have a prayer request for a church in Forney, Texas that is about to die.  Please pray that God would move in the people’s heart to let us start an afternoon service in the facility.  They are just having one service on Sunday morning right now with about 10 people attending.
I have another church in Kaufman, Texas that has been without a Pastor since August of 2021.  Please pray for this church to find God’s man for this area.  If you know of a preacher looking for a position, please have them contact me.
Crystal and I are staying busy and trying to stay healthy.  Please pray for us to have the strength to do what the Lord puts before us.
Thank you for your prayers and support, they both are greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,
