September 1, I had the opportunity to teach the Adult Men’s Sunday School Class at the Lakewood Baptist Church, Pastor Ronnie Gilbert. The teacher, Brother Baily, and I have been friends for a long time and I enjoyed the privelege of fellowshipping with these men.
September 8, I preached in all the services at the Bethany Baptist Church, Lucasville, Ohio, Pastor Russell Pruitt. It was so good to be back again with this church and meet their new Pastor! The church served a delicious noon meal and all of us had a wonderful time together.
September 8, I preached and sang in the evening service at the Waits Baptist Church, Portsmouth, Ohio, Pastor Brent Saxton. We had a tremendous crowd and a great time.
September 15, I preached and sang in all the services at the Faith Baptist Church, Cynthiana, Kentucky, Pastor John Chamberlin. This was a marvelous day with a full crowd in all the services. The church served a wonderful noon meal. Brother Chamberlain is a dear friend and has followed in the footsteps of his dad, Ray Chamberlin. They have a great church.
September 22-29, I preached and sang in the Stewardship and Missions Conference at the Maranatha Baptist Church in Okinawa, Japan, Pastor Christ Parker. This is a military church whose membership is primarily Americans. There are over 18 military bases on the island of Okinawa and this church has been ministering to these military personnel for many years. The church had a goal for missions for the coming year and they went over their goal!

Psalm 12:6-7 “The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.”
Dear Praying friends,
In II Kings 22:1 Josiah at 8 years old became king of Judah and he did not want to do what his wicked father had done so he chose to serve God. II Kings 22:1 “Josiah was eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned thirty and one years in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Jedidah, the daughter of Adaiah of Boscath.”
One of the things Josiah did was to gather all the money he could find in order to remodel the temple at Jerusalem, that had been neglected. He destroyed the idols, he ran off all the sodomites and put to work builders to remodel and restore the Temple, and in doing so the workers found what the King James Bible calls “the Book”, the Word of God.
When the priest and workers read “the Book” they said ‘oh, we must get this to the king’ and when Josiah read “the Book” he realized that Judah was trouble, and that God might destroy them. So he brought a great revival to Jerusalem. They destroyed all the false religions and restarted proper worship, and there was a great revival in Jerusalem. This was the best revival that ever happened before Josiah or after Josiah! 2 Kings 23:25 “And like unto him was there no king before him, that turned to the LORD with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the law of Moses; neither after him arose there [any] like him.”

Now……..the great revival came because the workers found “the Book”. Our SEA team have acquired almost 4000 Hebrew Bibles (Tanakhs). We are busy getting them ready to go to Jerusalem. We hope that God will use them now and perhaps some of them when the 144,000 Jewish preachers assemble in Jerusalem for a great revival all over the world during the great tribulation period.

Dr. & Mrs. Tom Williams
Dear Friends,
We praise the Lord as we read in Deuteronomy that He does go before us, that He is with us, and that He will not fail us nor forsake us. We do not have to fear or be dismayed. Dr. Williams does have an infection in his foot, and it was determined that it is in the bone. It is currently being treated by oral antibiotics, but tomorrow a port will be put in so that he can receive them through IV for the next six weeks through the help of a home health nurse and Mrs. Williams.
Please pray that it has been caught in time, that the antibiotics will clear the infection, and that surgery will not be necessary. We praise the Lord for all your prayers. Rejoice with us in the answer we began to see this morning when Dr. Williams stood on his own strength and took a couple of steps aided, which he hasn’t done for over a week now. Please keep praying. We are grateful for all of you.
