Bob & Sue Jones – Missionary Evangelists
On June 5 we celebrated our 59th wedding anniversary. I visited her in the nursing home and although she didn’t know exactly who I was we enjoyed being together. Though she doesn’t know me, she doesn’t know where she is, she doesn’t know her name, I asked her if she knew she was saved and she said immediately, “I know I am saved and going to Heaven.” I was overwhelmed to think when you come down to the last thing you know, you know you are saved.
May 5, I preached and sang at the Lakewood Baptist Church, Harrison, Tennessee, Pastor Ron Gilbert. We are so thankful for this church and Pastor. The Pastor and church have been so kind to us especially during my wife’s sickness. We are so loved by them and it is a blessing to attend a church like this who preach and teach the truth and stand on the Word of God. The music is special and God honoring.

Dear Prayer Warriors,
Hello from wet California. I have just arrived home from a Church Planting Conference at Summerville Baptist Church in Summerville, Oregon. If you have time, I would highly recommend attending next year; the last Monday and Tuesday of April. Many preachers, missionaries, church planters and others were in attendance. The church certainly has a heart for church planting and preachers. The Home Missions Conference in Englewood, Colorado was another great conference. We are thankful for the monies raised for paper and toner. With these offerings we are able to supply Gospel Tracts, Bible Institute and Discipleship Training Material for missionaries and church planters at no cost to them.
Since last we wrote NTMI has shipped tens of thousands of tracts and church invitations as well as over 1600 books and booklets. The paper purchased is being used at a prodigious rate - which is a good thing. We just need to raise more funds to get more paper and toner. NTMI is 100% digital which means we do not have the California EPA checking up on us for ink and ink cleanup.
We are working with 4 indigenous tribes suppling our Layman’s Library Series of discipleship booklets in their BibleInstitutes and colleges.
Additionally, we are working on designing and printing custom tracts for their outreach programs. Your prayers support is what makes these projects possible. Thank you.
I leave Monday before the sun comes up to fly to Pennsylvania for Bro. Dennis Corle’s Church Planting Conference May 7-9 in Osterburg, PA. I will be bringing our latest Layman’s Library Series of discipleship booklets.
The Layman’s Library Series of booklets was started by Dr. Wilkins many decades ago with the intent of providing the “nuts and bolts” as well as the “fundamentals of the faith” training material to the local church, written in layman’s language. Our goal is to have more than 100 booklets available for churches and individuals - both in print and eBook form. Titles include: Baptist Doctrine, Baptist Distinctives, The Scriptural Goal of Teaching God’s Word, Church Planting, Soul Winning, Questions Concerning Baptism, Difficult Doctrines from The Bible, How to Build a Sermon in 9 steps, The King James Bible, and many more. We currently have about 15 finished or nearly finished. Authors include Dr. James Wilkins, Dr. Arthur Maricle, Marvin McKenzie, Dr. Charles Barrier, myself and more. We are looking for solid discipleship material and authors. If you or someone you know has written a book or booklet, we would appreciate seeing it for potential inclusion in our training series. You can email it to us or send a hard copy. Contact information is at the end of this prayer letter.
NTMI has received many more requests for our Gospel Tracts - for which we are thankful. With our updated tracts and booklets ready for print, churches can now request personalization with their specific information.
A Blessing: Funds raised for more paper and toner. A new chair was donated for the printing office - for which I personally am very grateful. Volunteers that come to assemble tracts and booklets for distribution.
Another Blessing: A church has increased our monthly support for which we are grateful.
And Yet Another Blessing: Summerville C Church Planting Conference took up an offering for NTMI paper and toner
MINISTRY PRINTING NEED
A Cold UV Liquid Laminator is needed. I know this is an expensive machine but it is truly needed. This type of laminator is less expensive to use than plastic roll laminators by 1/10th. We would be able to make glossy prayer cards for missionaries and church planters for less cost each as well as being infinitely faster. Our coated book and booklet covers would be better coated and protected from the elements and last much longer. I have checked and there are simply no used laminators available in the States. Once a company buys one, they seem hang on to it. A desktop, least cost simple machine is about $2,000.00. A more professional floor model, which would meet our higher volume demands, is closer to $5,000.00. All units are all made in China so there is freight, import fees, duty and tariffs involved. There are cheaper models but only for photo paper. Toner printed book covers require a special UV laminating machine.
Prayer Requests:
Safety in our travels - both driving and flying.
Monthly ministry support ($500.00/month support needed) as we minister to Missionaries, Church Planters and Pastors.
Printing ministry laminating equipment costs - $5,000.00.
Lives to be changed and souls saved.
Additional Meetings throughout North America - Revivals, Disciple Training, Soul Winning Training, Missions Conferences.
NTMI website to be completed in near future.
Thank you for your prayers, love and support. Please let us know if you would like to schedule a meeting in the near future.
In the Kings Service,
Dr. Joe and Holly Carson

Tim & Kim Whitfield – Global Ambassadors for World Mission
Dear Praying Friends,
We have all heard the expression, “TIME FLIES WHEN YOU’RE HAVING FUN”. As fast as 2024 is going we are having so much fun I almost feel convicted! (Notice, I said ALMOST!) Seriously, we are having the time of our life serving the Lord in this ministry as “Global Ambassadors for World Missions”.
The Lord continues to open doors of opportunity for us to challenge and encourage local churches to continue reaching out to a lost world with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is too soon to quit! The job is not done! The work of World Missions must continue until the Lord calls us home! Jesus said, “...and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world” (Matthew 28:20). The end is getting closer, but we are still here!
In January we spoke 9 times in the following churches:
CENTRAL BAPTIST CHURCH (Pastor Allen Copeland) in Amarillo - January 7 SS & AM
FAITH BAPTIST CHURCH (Pastor Clay Carlson) in Carlsbad NM - January 21-24 Mission Conference
MOUNTAIN VIEW BAPTIST CHURCH (Pastor Caleb Worley) in Las Cruces NM - January 28 AM WESTSIDE BAPTIST TEMPLE (Pastor Tim Urling) in El Paso TX - January 28 PM
CORNERSTONE BAPTIST CHURCH (Pastor Doug Cowan) in Las Cruces NM - January 31 WED
Although we did speak 3 times at CENTRAL (school chapel, SS, and Children’s Church), it felt like February was full of doctor visits, Kim’s knee surgery & physical therapy. She is doing great, walking without pain or limp after 4 or 5 years!
In March we spoke 10 times in 3 churches. March 3 Adult SS class at Central Baptist, preached a Mission Conference at Northside Baptist Church (Pastor Jason Isclaw) in Pembroke Georgia March 17-20, then all day at Countryside Baptist Church (Pastor Claud Sutton) in Mansfield Texas on Sunday, March 24*.
April 7th we preached twice for Bible Baptist Church (without a Pastor) in Carthage Missouri. On Monday, April 22d we head out for a couple of weeks with back to back Mission Conferences at Bethel Baptist Church (Pastor Bryan Cooper) in Richmond Hill, Georgia April 24-28, followed by Faith Baptist Church (Pastor Doyle Ashburn) in Pikeville, Tennessee May 5-8.
Please continue to pray for our health, safety as we travel, and more open doors of opportunity. We are not as young as we used to be, nor do we always “feel” as young as we are, but we thank the Lord for allowing us to serve Him and love do what He has called us to do! Call me at 870-615-0705 if we can help you in any way concerning WORLD MISSIONS.
